Which data
The data you give us as a business customer: business name, contact person, VAT number, address, e-mail, phone number, orders and messages via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.
Why
To process and deliver orders, invoice (including via Peppol), manage your customer account, contact you about your orders and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interest in a good customer relationship.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need: website hosting, our ordering and accounting system, Meta (WhatsApp) for messages and an AI service that helps read order messages. We never sell data.
How long
For as long as you are a customer, and afterwards as long as the law requires for accounting and invoices.
